We grind outside diameters, also using CNC machinery. Our flexible and high quality fleet of machines gives us the opportunity to grind small and large workpiece series. Upon request, we can also machine complex shapes - from 4 mm to max. 1020 mm in diameter and from 10 mm to 6000 mm in length using horizontal machining centres, and 3600 mm in diameter and 1400 mm in height using vertical machining centres.

Machining of all shaft types or cylinders with cone-shaped or profiled surfaces.
Grinding of hardfaced parts with hard materials, including metallization.

Outside diameter grinding of both large and small eccentric shafts.
Examples of machined parts include: flanges, bushings, tubes, cylinders, rollers (including chromium-plated and rubber ground rollers), cam shafts, pins, punches, rings, and pinions.

We also perform centerless grinding: 4 mm to 60 mm outside diameter, with high precision and accurate finishes, including through-feed and plunge grinding.
