We also grind inside diameters, using CNC machinery - diameter range 5 mm to max. 3500 mm (max. height 1200 mm).

With our flexible and high quality fleet of machines we can grind small and large workpiece series and have the possibility to grind outside and inside diameters as well as shoulders in one single motion at the same time.

We are also specialised in the grinding of spindle shaft type HSK/ISO/ASA/ERG – male and female -, with outer tapers, inner tapers and Morse tapers with different taper angles, which can all be controlled using pads or a 3-D ZEISS system.

Examples of machined parts include: bearing housings, jackets, bushings, bushes, flanges, gears, cylinders, motor shafts, turbines, valves, distributor valves, cartridges, accessories for hydraulic pumps.
We are equipped to perform precision grinding on various types of material, special alloys (e.g. AISI, brass, bronze, ceramic), and hardfaced materials (e.g. chromium or metal powders).
