We HARDFACE parts that are subject to wear THROUGH COLD TRANSFER to solve wear-related problems on shafts, rings, hubs, etc., thus creating:

  • A protective coatings against corrosion;
  • A protective coatings against wear;
  • A protective coatings against friction;
  • A heat barriers;
  • Electrical insulation.

We also perform HOT HARDFACING, which consists in the melting of metal followed by a finish cycle with a grinding machine. We apply various types of powders and materials, among which:

stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, cast iron, chromium oxide, aluminium oxide (alumina), zirconium oxide (zirconia), Cermet tungsten carbide and cobalt, aluminium bronze, ceramic powder, molybdenum, titanium alumina.

Upon request we also perform CHROMIUM-PLATING hardfacing and laser WELDING hardfacing to improve the properties of the base metal.
