Bearing overhaul and repair service

We offer a specific service intended to overhaul, recondition and repair worn and seized bearings with a max. inside diameter of 3500 mm.

The purpose of this service is to restore large damaged bearings to their original condition, thus avoiding replacement (with economic savings of up to 70%) and unnecessary shutdowns and production downtimes for the client. This creates significant savings and a reduction on wasted time without compromising on quality.

Optional supply of new bearings – outside diameter up to 3600 mm – provided with various certiﬁcates and sourced within the EU.
Grinding of functional surfaces of bearings with a diameter up to 3600 mm
Overhaul and repair of bearings, including with laser welding procedures, without causing any bearing deformation and keeping the original hardness of the material
Rebuilding of rollers of any shape and size and replacement of balls (with parts procurable on the market)
Rebuilding of spacers made of plastic material
Laser marking for identification purposes
Issuing of dimensional and run out test certificates
