Flat surface grinding processes

Precision grinding of both machine tool components and large components up to max. 10,700 mm x 2680 x 2400 mm (h) using surface grinding machines, including 8-axis CNC machines (e.g. slides, carriages, rams, flat surfaces, rails, benches, bases, and tables)

We also grind bases with or without trimmed edges, with orthogonality errors of approx. 5 micron.

Upon request, we can also apply Biplast material to repair machine tool components to their original and/or a new size.

Our customers include manufacturers and companies specialising in parts overhaul and retrofitting.

We also offer customers pre-assembly on base lines for testing.
