Bearing overhaul services

We provide overhaul, reconditioning, and repair of worn and seized bearings up to an internal diameter of 3,500 mm.
Our goal is to avoid the replacement of large-sized damaged bearings by offering a restoration service that provides cost savings of up to 70% and significantly shorter lead times compared to purchasing new components.

We perform the following processes:

• Grinding of bearing functional surfaces up to 3,600 mm diameter
• Overhaul and repair of bearings, including laser welding without deformation, maintaining the original material hardness
• Reconstruction of rollers of all shapes and sizes and replacement of balls (available on the market)
• Reconstruction of plastic spacers
• Laser marking for identification
• Issuing of dimensional and run-out inspection certificates
