50 YEARS OF PRECISION
Precision grinding of both outside and inside diameters of third-party parts, and surface grinding.
Precision grinding of both small and medium-size machine tool components – from 10,700mm x 2680mm x 2400mm – using special 8-axis CNC machines.
We grind outside diameters, also using CNC machinery.
We lap and superfinish inside diameters from 2 mm to 160 mm.
We grind inside diameters, also using CNC machinery – diameter range 5 mm to 3,500 mm max.
Special precision grinding of both inside and outside large diameters on behalf of third parties.
CNC grinding of complex shapes, up to max. 7000×1500 mm in size, with high precision standards.
Precision vertical grinding of large internal and external diameters: UNIQUE IN EUROPE.
For flat surfaces, inside and outside
diameters.
We hardface parts that are subject to wear through cold transfer in order to solve wear-related problems.
BEARING
OVERHAUL
We offer a specific service intended to overhaul, recondition and repair worn and seized bearings with a max. inside diameter of 3500 mm.

High precision, continuous scan dimensional and geometry control system (error 0.0005 micron).

Portable, three-dimensional measuring system for large volumes using ADM laser technology to measure components and large machinery in an efficient and precise manner.
